Very pleasantly surprised. The blades are great, they feel so much sharper than the store bought female razors and they even have a single razor on the back for smaller areas. The creams it comes with make such a difference, seriously, my legs have never felt so smooth after shaving and zero bumps! I'm actually a little annoyed that I have to now subscribe because I really wasn't expecting to like it. For the £5 trial pack it's worth a go and very easy to stop the subscription or change frequency if you change your mind.

Sigh... like so many things that start out fantastic, DSC might be slipping. I have just read a lot of critical reviews because we are now left wondering where our last shipment might be. Customer Service is not that easy to get ahold of. We too have experienced several broken handles. They need to remember how they got so popular and stick to that business model. I hope we don't have to cancel our membership.

I've used all of the pay-as-you-go shaver companies and I like dsc products the best. The jokes in each package are nice too but that's just an added bonus.
